Panama's Embera Indian Village is along the Chagres River. Here the Emberas live deep in the rainforest and practice medicine from the jungle's plant life as they have done for centuries.
Panama City is definitely worth a visit to see the ruins of Old Panama and the 17th Century Casco Viejo section. From the Amador Causeway you can view stunning views of the bay and the canal. Panama City at night is lively and busy with its many restaurants and other nightlife.
