F - Your Questions Answered

Families
A cruise is excellent for families and provides more quality time than any other type of holiday. Events onboard are tailored to various age groups (even Disney has special cruise ships).

Fitness
Depending on the size of the ship, health and fitness facilities may include a gymnasium, weight room, sauna/solarium, exercise classes, jogging track, massage, swimming pool(s), whirlpool baths, beauty therapies, scuba and snorkel instruction.

Fly Cruise
If your cruise is a long distance away, then it makes good sense to fly to your cruise embarkation point. You could stay for at least a day or two before your cruise. This will also give you a chance to adjust to any time changes.

Formality
Most cruises have a mix of Formal, Informal and Casual dress. Formal evenings may include the `Captain's Cocktail Party`. Some ships operate a more casual approach or offer a selection of restaurants with varying degrees of formality.
